Women's Night - meets on the third Monday of each month.

Men's Group - Please note the change in the day that men meet. Men get together on the first or last Monday of every month.

Paint Group - meets every Thursday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. Paint Group is cancelled on Thursday, June 18, 2009

Dinner Club - meets at an accessible restaurant in the St. John's area for an inexpensive evening of good food and fun. Please contact us to find out which restaurant we'll be meeting at.

Young Adults Group - This group meets regularly to discuss various topics that face young people with disabilities in our communities. If you're interested in joining or would like to know more, please contact Amanda Lush.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities

On December 3 of each year we celebrate International Day of Disabled Persons. This is a day declared by the United Nations to "promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities" (http://www.un.org).
